Sometimes, when paying via UPI on mobile, Razorpay may briefly show a "payment failed" message in the pop-up, but the transaction is actually still processing in the background. If your UPI app debits the amount, don’t worry - your order will be confirmed once Razorpay verifies the payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly (usually within 10–30 minutes).
If your payment was deducted but you haven't received an order confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your email (including spam/promotions folders). If you still don’t see the confirmation, contact us at support@questy.shop or use our contact form. We’ll resolve the issue quickly.
