1. No Refunds After Purchase

All sales are final. Once a product is purchased and the PDF download link is delivered, we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• You did not receive your digital file and support could not resolve the issue.

To be eligible for a refund in these cases, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase.
